Burbank International Film Festival

The Burbank International Film Festival promotes up-and-coming local and international filmmakers by providing a showcase to expand their careers in the entertainment industry. We shine a light on the unknown talent of today, helping them become the celebrated filmmakers of tomorrow.

Besides the main festival that runs from September 10th to 16th 2017 at the AMC16 Burbank, the festival holds regular month events year round to provide networking opportunities for filmmakers and enthusiasts as well as awareness and fundraising for the festival.

The festival program includes local and international independent films including many world premieres.  The schedule includes sections for shorts, women filmmakers, student films, sci-fi and iconic anniversary screenings as well as oscar category feature films.
