ALEJANDRO LEDA is president of the Independent International Television, Inc. (the U.S.A. subsidiary of Ledafilms S.A). Ledafilms S.A has been Latin America’s south cone sales agent for Twentieth Century-Fox Television International for 22 years and became exclusive sales agent for DreamWorks International Distribution LLC in 1998. In late 2005, Viacom acquired DreamWorks SKG, a U.S. conglomerate that owned several companies including Paramount Pictures. Consequently, Ledafilms-IIT’s Latin American Free TV sales agency agreement was extended to include Paramount’s new theatrical productions and extensive library of over 1600 titles.

JEFFREY ANDRICK runs a boutique strategic and capital advisory (XL.Ent Media Group), was Managing Director of a Citigroup joint venture (Continental), and helped to build and then ran the Entertainment Industries Group at Comerica Bank, where he served as First Vice President & Group Manager. Mr. Andrick has financed hundreds of films, and has been actively involved in corporate, project and structured transactions across film, television, video games, and digital/new media Platforms.
